The Changjian 3.5-ton integrated 4WD rough terrain forklift is all-terrain material handling equipment purpose-built for outdoor unpaved job sites. Featuring an integrated cast steel frame that eliminates the weaknesses of traditional articulated designs, it delivers greatly improved torsion resistance, load capacity and overall rigidity, with lower failure rates and higher durability. It is widely applicable to stone transportation, construction site loading/unloading, lumber yard stacking and infrastructure material turnover, perfectly addressing the limitation that standard counterbalance forklifts cannot operate on complex outdoor terrain.
Powered by a Weifang 490 turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 58kW, it delivers stable, robust power output with ample torque reserve, ensuring responsive performance under heavy load and climbing conditions, along with excellent fuel economy. The drivetrain pairs a 265-type torque converter with a hydraulic powershift transmission (2 forward / 2 reverse gears), delivering smooth, jolt-free shifting, high power transmission efficiency and effortless operation. The full 4WD architecture distributes power evenly for outstanding traction and obstacle-crossing ability on challenging terrain.
Exceptional passability is the core advantage of this model: it offers a minimum ground clearance of 260mm (at the mast), and comes standard with Chaoyang semi-solid off-road tires (20.5-16 front, 7.50-16 rear). The deep herringbone tread provides superior grip, enabling smooth travel on mud, gravel, bumpy ground and steep slopes, with climbing performance far exceeding standard forklifts. The brake system adopts a dual-safety design — hydraulic service brake plus mechanical parking brake — with sensitive response and reliable safety for heavy-load downhill operation.
For working performance, it has a rated load capacity of 3500kg at a 500mm load center. The standard two-stage mast achieves a maximum lifting height of 3000mm, with 10° forward tilt and 12° backward tilt to accommodate various stacking and transport needs. The standard forks measure 1220×45×120mm for high wear resistance. It reaches a maximum travel speed of 27km/h (full load) and 28km/h (no load) for efficient site transportation. Rear-wheel steering enables a minimum outer turning radius of only 2600mm, allowing flexible operation in confined spaces.
